INTRO
Resilient Security helps organizations become resilient against cyber threats and operational risks.
As an IAM consultant, you will advise and guide clients in implementing secure and controlled identity and access management. Your focus will be on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), helping organizations translate IAM processes and requirements into concrete, manageable solutions. With a combination of technical expertise and process insight, you act as a strategic sparring partner for clients.
YOUR JOB?
- As an IAM Consultant, you contribute to projects in Identity Governance (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) at our clients.
- You support clients in designing, improving, and managing IAM processes such as Joiner–Mover–Leaver, role management, and access management.
- You assist in the implementation and configuration of IGA and PAM solutions, such as One Identity Manager, Omada, and similar platforms.
- You guide clients in designing and implementing access models (RBAC, PBAC, etc.) and related governance, including access reviews, recertifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- You help clients establish secure and controlled management of privileged accounts, such as admin and service accounts.
- Together with colleagues, you work on IAM architectures and develop towards a more advisory or architectural role.
- You can clearly explain IAM concepts and processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and you continuously stay up to date with developments in the IAM domain.
WHO ARE YOU?
You are a professional with a strong interest or experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), focusing on Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM). You understand the basics of identity lifecycle management, authentication, and authorization, and you are comfortable in a technical role with client interaction. You work accurately, think structurally, and can explain processes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You take initiative, show responsibility, and are committed to continuous growth. You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
